Yes! That’s the fun part. You tell us what you’d like to see in the vending machine(s) that we provide for you and we’ll supply them. What happens if the machine doesn’t dispense my snack or beverage item?
We mitigate this issue by using technology software from “iVend or Guaranteed Delivery” which does exactly that, guarantee delivery. However, should a malfunction occur and delivery is not fulfilled, we provide a straightforward refund process to address any inconvenience.What happens if there is an issue with the machine?
At Cerano Vending, we provide brand new machines but understand that issues may occur. When this happens, We promptly dispatch a qualified repair technician to address the situation at no cost to you, ensuring that any disruptions are resolved in a timely manner. Your satisfaction and our exceptional service are our top priorities.What types of payments do your machines accept?
Our machines accept cash, coins and each of our machines have credit card readers that accept contactless pay, including Apple Pay. Are we responsible if any damages occur to the machine?
No. Rest assured, we have proper insurance on our machines so you would not be responsible. Can we make suggestions to any snacks or beverages we may want to change in the future?
